A special milestone: 10 years of entrepreneurship & 10 years of ACTLytics!

Today, I’m taking a moment to reflect on a special milestone: 10 years as an entrepreneur and 10 years of ACTLytics. A period in which I’ve had the privilege to work with great joy on challenging projects, together with fantastic colleagues and teams.

Over the past years, I’ve learned an incredible amount, and most importantly, I’ve been able to do what truly gives me energy and what I genuinely enjoy. For that, I’m deeply grateful.

A big thank you to all our clients, colleagues, and partners for the trust, the great collaboration, and the wonderful projects we’ve realized together. This journey would not have been the same without you.

2025 was a turbulent year, marked by the decision to say goodbye to the team and continue as a freelance consultant. While I sometimes still miss working with the ACTLytics colleagues, the game-filled lunches, and the office, I’m especially looking ahead with great enthusiasm.

Here’s to the next 10 years, hopefully filled with many more great projects, both with existing and new clients. But first: the final preparations for our move to Sweden this summer!
